I’m a regular customer at this Domino’s. I live only about 0.6 miles away, and I’ve ordered from here frequently because of the convenience and rewards. Unfortunately, after what happened today, I will never be ordering from this location again. I walked in and nobody was at the counter, so I decided to use the bathroom while I waited\. When I opened the bathroom door, I discovered that an employee was inside with the door completely unlocked. Needless to say, that was an extremely uncomfortable way to start my visit. 😂 I came back out and there was still nobody at the register. One employee was working around the pizza- cutting station, while an older gentleman was somewhere in the restaurant but not at the register or pizza station. Since nobody was taking orders, I jokingly called out to the woman, “You know what I really want to eat?” She asked, “What do you want to eat?” I said, “A marinara bowl.” She told me they don’t sell that. I responded, jokingly, that technically they still had the ingredients to make something similar. That’s when the older gentleman suddenly told me to get out and refused to serve me. I asked why, and he told me, “I don’t take people’s shit.”

Nice location and the pizza was fresh and tasty. Becca is a courteous woman and her other coworkers are awesome for giving me a free 2 liter drink in replacement for a missing topping !

I am in love with their Spinach and Feta pizza. I add chicken so so delicious! They delivered to us all the time. Hot,Fast and Fresh. Thank you so much to every worker and delivery driver you are appreciated!!!!!

I had ordered 2 subs last night after 9 pm and was told about 45 min . Turns out they had a folley with the orders and my food went to a wrong address . That was about 10 pm and I was informed that the food was on its way , they apologized several times. I told them no problem. Well the food arrived a bit longer and later than they thought I had called again to make sure the food was in route . More apologies and reassuring me my order was made fresh just prior to going out the door. I realized that they must deal with some really angry people most of the time. I however am not one of those people , awhile back a few years ago I stopped being angry and mad and or yelling or arguing in my life anymore. I was ok with the food being late and all 3 people I had spoke with all treated me very well expecting a crazed maniac ranting on about terrible service. 1 they all were very kind apologetic and assured me my food was still going to arrive very soon. 2 each person went through the same I'm sorry and all 3 claimed it was their fault . 3 the food when it arrived was fantastic. Made well tasted great and was fresh and warm . Despite all the situation I was still very happy with my order

I only started eating at Domino's Pizza about 1 month ago. Honestly, I never really noticed the 14 Mile location... it's tucked in a plaza with not enough lighting to really notice it. Other than that, the food is amazing. The BBQ chicken pizza is my absolute favorite. The customer service is fabulous! Everyone has a way of making you feel so welcomed. Becca always has a smile on her face and makes every customer happy they decided to eat there. It's just a great place with great pizza!
